Dr. Rahul Sonpimple
Dr. Rahul Sonpimple is a researcher, activist, political thinker, and academic. He is the founding President of the All India Independent Scheduled Castes Association (AIISCA) and Director of the Savitribai Phule Resource Centre, Nagpur. His work bridges grassroots activism with critical caste scholarship.

Suraj Nirmale
Suraj Nirmale is a visual artist, documentary filmmaker, and educator whose work interrogates the intersections of caste, culture, and cinema. Withexperience in the development sector and media, he employs storytelling as a tool for social justice.

Shripad Sinnakaar
Shripad Sinnakaar is a poet from Bombay whose work has been featured in The White Review, Indian Literature, Wasafiri, and the Mumbai Urban Art Festival. Currently working on his debut poetry collection, he merges literary craft with anti-caste consciousness.

Pranjali Kureel
Pranjali Kureel is a researcher specializing in caste, gender, Buddhism, and public policy. An MPhil graduate from the University of Cambridge, she studied Dr.Ambedkar’s engagement with Buddhism. A published author, she blends academia with activism.

Jharna Suresh
Jharna Suresh is a doctoral candidate at Jawaharlal Nehru University’s Centre for the Study of Social Systems. Her research spans education, social mobility, urban studies, and cinema, examining structural inequities through an anti-caste lens.

HouHsein
HouHsein is a documentary filmmaker, editor, and designer whose work interrogates the intersections of caste,gender, and the aesthetics of resistance. An alumna of TISS's Media & Cultural Studies, they bring a critical lens to visual storytelling, blending radical politics with compelling narrative form.

Vikas Moola
Vikas Kumar Moola is a researcher, activist, and National Convener of AIISCA. As a development sector consultant, he combines socio-political analysis with grassroots mobilization to amplify marginalized voices and drive systemic change.
